Weston-super-Mare

When the wind howls it is not such a lovely place. I was determined to enjoy a nice walk. Perhaps I should have gone on my own. Emma put on a brave face.

She enjoyed playing in the sand. Being nearly one year old, she decided it was time to find out what it would taste like. She wasn't very impressed.

Pushing a pram into a gale isn't easily. Luckily I had some help fom Emma.

It was unfortunate that Emma couldn't read the sign that said "Danger Sinking Mud, do not pass this point."

Once I'd fished her out of the sinking mud, I thought an ice lolly would cheer her up. She ate the whole thing with gusto!
