Fun with Alex

Here are some pictures of Emma from my day off on Wednesday. She is enjoying being upright and with a little help can push a trolley along. I think this trolley used to be Helen and Becky's.

She's getting along well with her baby walker. She likes pressing the buttons to make music and is getting mobile in it now, shuffling along.

Here's me giving her lunch. She is enthusiastic for about 10 mouthfuls but then sometimes tries to block the spoon with hands or bib.

On Saturday, Helen, Stephen and Alexander came to visit. They are the friends we stayed in Ireland with and were in the area to attend a family get together. We had fun playing with Alex and Emma together and enjoyed some roast beef for Sunday lunch.

Alex is 6 weeks older than Emma and is busy producing teeth at the moment. Helen and I were anxiously reading our future as the teeth give him some bother. He enjoyed chewing on the barnacle boat!

During the week Helen visited Rob and Leila and Rob took these lovely photos of Emma with his super SLR camera. Click on them to enlarge - the detail is amazing.
