The beans that Becky gave us as small plants have grown and the harvest is about to begin!
Here are some pictures I took of Emma in Wallmead having breakfast. I've tried to be a bit arty by making them black and white.
Emma kept putting her finger on my lips during breakfast yesterday. So I thought I'd call her bluff.
Emma has been a pleasure this week - eating, drinking milk (which she doesn't normally like) and sleeping well. All was fine up until Friday night when she refused to go to sleep at 7pm. Leila visited and we had a play and some curry, then she went to bed. On Saturday, again she wouldn't go to sleep and Helen played with her between 9pm and 10.30pm. Tonight is the same. It's getting on for 9.30pm and only now is she getting quiet. She plays with us quite happily but then cries when we put her down. We've tried food and calpol. We're moving on to calming music. Wish us luck!

I don't know about arty - she looks a bit scary to me - Hitchcock would've been proud of you. Perhaps it would've inspired "Babies" not "Birds"!!Love and hugs Gramma
