Firstly a walk taken by Helen, Robin and Emma before New Years. They went around Poet's Walk and ended up in the pub!
It was lovely to have a half day off the 30th, then the whole of New Years Eve off it being a Sunday. On Saturday we helped Emma do some ironing board surfing:
Emma chased Tigger in her stroller, finally cornering him by the cat flap.

Then played with her new dressable doll, thanks to Dawn at the pharmacy.
Then chilled on the sofa with mum, followed by a play with a snowman rattle from Gwyn at the pharmacy.
In the evening with met with Rob, Leila and Helen's Uncle John and Aunt Shirley (Gruncle and Graunt to Emma). We went to The Cellar at the top of Hill Road for wine and tapas.
Afterwards we went came back to our house for some trivial pursuit and granny racing.
On New Years Eve we went out AGAIN! This time to The Priory at Portbury. It's a pub that has an amazingly fast kitchen and the food is always really good. Leila's friend from the surgery, Wendy met with us too, with her husband Cliff.
We saw midnight in back at Rob and Leila's after another game of trivial pursuit, but Emma hadn't settled upstairs in her travel cot and we kept having to comfort her. We took her home soon after midnight. Here she is pulling a party popper in between tears.
